Licences and certificates that never expire unnoticed
Certification and licence expiry tracking is a stated UK buying criterion, because an expired SIA licence on a client site is a contract problem before it is an admin problem.
Expiry dates kept in a spreadsheet are only checked when somebody remembers to check them.

Common people and compliance questions
Can managers be limited to their own sites?
Yes. Location-scoped managers see only their own locations, which is how multi-contract operators keep area managers separated.
Can we export everything held about one person?
Yes. The GDPR toolset includes a subject access request export.
Which certifications can we track?
Any certification you record against a worker, with an expiry date on it. SIA licences, DBS checks and training certificates are the ones UK operators track most, and the expiry is visible before it becomes a problem on a client location.
Do we have to type in every worker’s details ourselves?
No. You invite the worker and they complete their own profile and documents. The invite lifecycle is tracked, including resends, so you can see who has not finished rather than guessing.
How are holiday and absence requests handled?
Workers request on mobile and managers approve there too, and the rota reflects the approved absence. Leave defaults are set for the organisation with per-worker overrides where somebody’s entitlement differs.
Works with the rest of the platform
One worker record underneath, so the rota, the attendance event, the round and the incident all refer to the same person and location.
Scheduling & rotas
Build recurring rotas, fill open shifts, cover absence in two clicks and brief workers before they arrive.
Time & attendance
Geofenced clock in and clock out with a location fix, raw clock events preserved and rated hours that are export-ready for payroll.
Lone worker protection
Worker SOS, discreet duress alarm, check-ins with missed check-in escalation, SMS alert rungs and last-known location.
Patrols & rounds
Checkpoint taps, ordered patrol routes, photo proof, missed-round alerts, dwell time and offline capture.
