Accessibility statement

Our commitment
Gyzer Technologies Ltd wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. Many of the people who use Glix work on phones, in poor light and in a hurry, so accessible design is an operational requirement rather than a compliance exercise.
Standard we work to
This website aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. We test as we build rather than auditing once a year.
What we have done
- Every text and background pairing in the design system is checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios by an automated script that runs on every change.
- Content is written in semantic HTML with a single main heading per page, landmark regions and a skip-to-content link.
- All interactive controls are native HTML buttons, links, inputs and dialogs rather than clickable containers.
- Visible focus indicators are provided throughout, and focus order follows reading order.
- Dialogs move focus in when opened, trap focus while open, close with the Escape key and return focus to where it came from.
- Menus and accordions work with the keyboard, and the mobile menu can be operated without a pointer.
- Animation, page transitions and scroll reveals are disabled for visitors whose system requests reduced motion, and no content depends on animation to be readable.
- Information is never conveyed by colour alone; status is also carried by text labels.
- Images that carry meaning have alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- The site works without JavaScript for reading and navigation, and remains usable when storage or analytics are blocked.
- Layouts are fluid and remain usable at high browser zoom and on narrow screens without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
We would rather list these than claim they do not exist:
- Product illustrations. The interface examples on this site are stylised representations built in HTML and CSS. They carry descriptive alternative text, but they are not yet replaced with captioned screenshots of the live product.
- Third-party services. Where you continue into the Glix application, an app store or a payment page, that service controls its own accessibility.
- Independent audit. This statement is based on our own testing. It has not yet been verified by an independent accessibility audit.
- Assistive technology coverage. We test with keyboard navigation and screen reader software, but we have not tested against every combination of browser and assistive technology.
The Glix application
This statement covers the Glix marketing website. Accessibility of the Glix web application and mobile applications is assessed separately. If you need specific accessibility information about the application for a procurement process, contact us and we will answer directly rather than pointing you at a generic statement.
Reporting a problem
If you find something on this site that you cannot use, please tell us. Email support@glixapp.com with the subject “Accessibility”, and include the page address and what went wrong. We will acknowledge your message and tell you what we intend to do about it.
If you need information from this website in a different format, ask us and we will provide it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service, which advises on rights under the Equality Act 2010.
