A record with no gaps in it
In an HSE investigation or a client dispute, the missing entry is the problem. Glix keeps incident history complete and never quietly truncates it to save space.
Incident logs kept in notebooks, email and group chats cannot be produced quickly, and cannot be trusted when they are.

What this gives your operation
Produce the history on request
A complete, uncapped incident history means the record you hand over is the whole record.
Capture evidence at the moment
Photographs, notes and last-known location are attached from the phone while the detail is fresh.
Keep evidence honest as it ages
When photo evidence reaches the end of its retention period the file is deleted, and the record keeps a photo-removed marker and the date.
The workflow, start to finish
- A worker reports an incident from the app and attaches evidence.
- The incident is linked to the location, the shift and the worker record.
- Managers review, act and record what was done.
- The full history remains available for clients, insurers and investigations.
In the product
- Incident capture from mobile

- Last-known location recorded on the incident detail
- Complete, uncapped incident history
- Incidents linked to the worker, location and shift
- Hazard and risk reporting
- Evidence retention with honest expiry and per-location override
- Incident visibility for clients through the client portal
Common incident reporting questions
Does incident history expire?
The record does not. Photo evidence follows the retention period you configure, and when a file expires the record keeps a marker and the date rather than disappearing.
Who can raise an incident?
The worker, from the app, at the moment it happens. The incident is linked to the worker, the location and the shift it belongs to, so it is filed against the right record without anybody rekeying it.
What is attached to an incident report?
Photographs and notes captured on the phone, plus the last-known location, so the detail is recorded while it is fresh rather than reconstructed from memory the following week.
Can we record a hazard before anything has gone wrong?
Yes. Hazard and risk reporting uses the same route as an incident, so a worker can raise the thing that nearly happened without waiting for it to happen.
Can clients see incidents at their own locations?
Yes, through the client portal, scoped to their own contract and their own locations. The client portal is available from Pro upwards.
Works with the rest of the platform
One worker record underneath, so the rota, the attendance event, the round and the incident all refer to the same person and location.
Scheduling & rotas
Build recurring rotas, fill open shifts, cover absence in two clicks and brief workers before they arrive.
Time & attendance
Geofenced clock in and clock out with a location fix, raw clock events preserved and rated hours that are export-ready for payroll.
Lone worker protection
Worker SOS, discreet duress alarm, check-ins with missed check-in escalation, SMS alert rungs and last-known location.
Patrols & rounds
Checkpoint taps, ordered patrol routes, photo proof, missed-round alerts, dwell time and offline capture.
